To be a franchise owner requires a special person, one that is driven, motivated by accomplishments, proud of his/her work, supportive of the franchise system and fellow franchisees. Your success is our success.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be considered as a franchise applicant the individual/group
must:
- Personally manage and work the store. We are looking
for an independent business owner, not a budding corporate
tycoon.
- Invest his/her money into the store. A minimum of 50%
of the franchise investment must be in unencumbered cash.
- Be generally healthy. Working a retail outlet requires
stamina. Our stores, depending on location, are often open
a minimum of 12 hours, six or seven days a week.
- To respect the commonality of approach required in a franchise
system, to share his/her experiences with fellow franchisees
and to learn from experiences of others in the system. In
short, to become part of a team.
